Return Policy

We will replace the purchased product under the following conditions:

1. Product was damaged or had defects

2. Wrong product was shipped

Further conditions for return:

a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).

c. To return an item, please email to info@sharajewelry.com and you will get instructions for return from us.

d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.

e. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on sharajewelry.com for future purchases.

f. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into their bank/credit card.

Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to dispatch product within 7 working days, Customer can request for a refund into their bank/credit card.
